I am hoping to get some writing done in the few days I have off during the holidays. It’s hard, because I get interrupted by my day job a lot (Network Admin for a struggling and under-staffed logistics company) and I tend to use that as a reason why I don’t write as often. I think I need to find more reasons and times to write, because when I do, I find I get a lot done and feel so much better (much better than trying to bring back a dead file server).

I get those writing bursts, but not as often as I would like them to be. I really, really try to carve out time for writing, but for some reason, something else always gets in the way.

But Freedom does wonders for keeping me from checking email and other online stuff when I’ve got one of those bursts. It really does help limit the number of distractions I have.
