Okay, let me preface this by saying - yes, I know I am crazy. Right, it’s out there.
Tomorrow I am going for my chest x-ray on the first step to diagnosing whatever the hell is going on with my lungs. I have had persistent purulent phlegm (as the doctor calls it) for about 2 years now, and it is really starting to grate. I am constantly having to clear my throat, and can’t sustain a note when I sing, breathing becomes an issue because the phlegm gets caught in said throat and I choke a little. Yeah, I’ve been ignoring it assuming it was just a constant cold or something. Google was no help with this one, just telling me I had flu or a cough…
Bad Google - you are supposed to be my doctor. Luckily, I’ve got a good real life one now. This real life doctor is the person I will be seeing in 2 weeks time for lots of results - further blood tests and the results of tomorrow’s little adventure.
I suppose the fact that I currently have a bad cold doesn’t help matters… the crap being expelled from my nose at the moment is grade A horror show. It’s a mini version of the Kraken in Pirates of the Caribbean 2.
In fact it and my eyes are starting to run again. Bed time people.
