I don’t usually like doing the award thing… I get all awkward and embarrassed but every once in a while you just have to forget the splurgh in your head and congratulate someone. Theory of Thought, a blog that I have only recently picked up from somewhere, impresses me greatly. The writing is of such a high standard that it wants me to lie down and cry. Every time something new pops up you know you are in for a treat. It is all the more special when you discover the writer, thethinker, is only 17.

In the post I’ve chosen to give a Perfect Post Award to, she discusses the book The Unbearable Lightness of Being and then applies it to her own life in such a mature way that it belies her young age. Her self awareness in this post made me want to look inward too, but only for a fleeting moment before the rest of the post shouts the message to the heavens that you only get one life so live it.
