Well, almost. If the rain had quit and it had been sunny then it would have been perfect. Instead there was staying in bed until super late, reading blogs and emails, tv watching and people cooking for me. Yay!
Beautiful housemates made brownies from scratch and a roast chicken dinner with butternut squash and parship and ooo yumminess. Me like. Me like a lot.
The TV watching was intense. Mostly because of today being the final two episodes of season 2 of Grey’s Anatomy. I had tears in my eyes for 90% of the episode but when Izzy started crying after Alex picked her up I was gone. I was quite glad when the housemates went to the kitchen so I could sort out the river. I am not an attractive crier. My face goes all red and there is leaking from both eyes and the nose and then my throat goes all dry so there is a tongue stuck to roof of mouth situation, which of course almost always ends in a weird noise.
There was a quite weird conversation I was having about Katherine Heigl being one of the most attractive women on the planet. I was trying to get the bloke in the house to agree but he wasn’t having any of it – blondes, apparently, don’t do anything for him. Being a brunette this made me happy but I, being me, started to wonder if he was just saying that because his girlfriend was standing there. It’s okay if you were… but, come on, wouldn’t you?!
So after that they went to bed and I sorted myself out enough to boot up this computer to do… y’know work… Since then I have done… er… loads, honest guv! There has been a long search for the Doctor Who theme tune for somebody else and then watching a lot of season 4 Alias – just for the giggles.

It’d take more than her hair colour to get me to kick Ms. Heigl out of bed. I have mentioned before (back in the good old days at blog #1) how lovely she is. I was going to start watching Grey’s Anatomy for her but can’t bring myself to do it.
